For Adults:

Saturday Troy Land & Gardens Volunteering -- Volunteers are often looking for a way to help on the weekends. Volunteer around Troy's community gardens once, twice, or throughout the season with pruning, mulching, watering trees, or participating in restoration projects! More information can be found here

Weekly Volunteering at Troy Kids' Garden -- Help maintain the Troy Kids' Garden and assist with gardening, nature education, cooking and art activities for children from community centers and schools. This opportunity is for volunteers who are enthusiastic about working with children of all ages, and are available for at least one of our weekday shifts. More information can be found here.

Weekly Volunteering at the Goodman Youth Farm -- Our weekly volunteers visit the Youth Farm for one five-hour shift each week, and help lead students in a variety of hands-on farming activities, including planting, harvesting, outdoor cooking - and more! Weekly volunteers also help set up program supplies and get the fields ready for students to arrive. These volunteers are integrated with our staff and interns, and are an indipsensible part of our weekday team. More information can be found here.

Tuesday Volunteering at Troy Farm -- Join the Troy Farm crew for planting, weeding, mulching, harvesting, and more! Volunteering takes place on our 5-acre organic farm every Tuesday mornings May through October from 7am-12pm.

For Children and Families:

Saturday Goodman Youth Farm Volunteering -- Join us the second Saturday of each month from April through November from 9:00am to 12:00pm! We will weed, plant, compost, and learn about organic gardening. All of our projects will help get our farm ready for visiting students. We love volunteers who come in groups, in families, or on their own. We also welcome volunteers of all ages! (Children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.) Service Learning for Community Groups and Schools
