Announcements

Claire Strader, long-time farmer at Troy Community Farm, has left Community GroundWorks.

We hope to have a longer article in the next Gazette newsletter, but for now we want to say we're very grateful for Claire's many contributions to the organization. Along with being a great farmer, she is a great teacher and many interns and staff have benefited from her expertise.  Her vision and leadership for Troy Community Farm have taken it beyond our wildest dreams; the intern education program is top-notch, and the farm is productive and efficient.

Some CSA members have asked why Claire resigned.  As with any type of employment, this is private information which we cannot share.

We wish Claire the best of luck in future endeavors!
