The Farley Center, in partnership with Community GroundWorks, is introducing a new marketing initiative called Green Carts. Madison residents who have an existing food or farm business with growing and/or sales experience interested in operating the pilot cart in the Allied Dr. neighborhood are invited to submit a proposal for start-up support. Check out the RFP at
